Estimated to be over 100 degrees today. So, being a heat weenie, Quinn and I are off to the park at 8 am this morning to beat the heat. Gotta get in some park time if I expect a level mood from either of us the rest of the day. Then it's off to whatever air conditioning we can find. The plan: check out furniture stores (going to need a small dining table and such), maybe walk the mall (can't believe I'm even thinking this - I hate malls), and do a little grocery shopping.
I expect many others will be doing the same thing.
And out to dinner tonight.
Tomorrow - final walk through of the house before closing on Monday. Egads. I have to get some paint!
And the paint store is air conditioned, I hear.
