Pumkin' time
We decided to try a different pumpkin patch this year and headed out towards Tualatin. A friend had told me about Lee Farms so I was assured that it would be fun.

We snagged a cart, which honestly was Quinn's favorite part of the entire trip. He and Erick hauled that thing everywhere we went, whether it had pumpkins in it or not.
Not so much a place where you walk out into the fields and actually pick a pumpkin, but this worked fine. There were a few different varities, and Quinn quickly decided that he wanted one of each.
What's with the face?!??
These gourds were pretty dang cool.

The hay ride was a big one, pulled by a huge tractor.
Face painting sounded like a good idea, but once she started on Quinn's cat face, he could hardly sit still - it tickled.
He didn't like the ears painted above his eyebrows. Once the paint dried it kinda itched. Rough all around.
Right next door there were three baby cows. They did not seem particularly thrilled to be a part of the festivities.

Your kid's too smart for most things, I think. Maybe he was bored with the corn maze. ;) Cute cows, btw ...
