Cookin'

When our Friday plans to try again to go to the Children's Museum went south due to sleep-in-ed-ness on Quinn's part, we readjusted and spent the morning in the kitchen.

I baked our usual loaf of wheat bread and loaf of cinnamon wheat bread while Quinn whipped up something yummy of his own.

It is really important to have your ears pointed in the right direction while cooking.

Gotta have all the right equipment.

Moving on to some real baking with flour.

We actually did a little math. Half a cup, a quarter cup, a teaspoon. I was impressed.

And after Daddy got home, loading up the tricycle (which Quinn will not let me give away even though it is too small for him) with trimmings. He said it made him go faster.
