So, since Quinn was born we've done our own Christmas pictures. Not only are we cheap, we apparently like the stress of trying to get at least one picture that all of us look at least halfway normal. Last year we had to do two sessions, 'cause during the first we all looked like we were sitting on glass. The second time we tried it we let Quinn push the button and then run back to us, waiting for the flash to go off; the pictures were way better, and way more fun.
This year we didn't need two tries, even though there weren't a lot to choose from. Once was enough.
Although the one below didn't make the final cut for the card, it is my favorite. Horribly out of focus, I made it into black and white, and I like it.
Santa - bring it on!
