Starting to look a lot like Christmas

It was the annual Festival of Trees in our quaint little town. Lots of decorated trees, some pretty dang adorable kids singing, and lights everywhere. So, we loaded up and headed out.

Quinn was particularly interested in the white tree with little bluebirds. He sat on the floor for a while and just looked at it. In his weird elf hat:

Some of the arts and crafts activities were a bit too involved for Quinn, who was more interested in the trees and decorating himself a sugar cookie:

They had a pretty nice Santa, too. You can't see his face, but he had the prerequisite rosy nose; not sure if he had an early morning nip or what. He was good, though, and Quinn took to him right away. Notice that Quinn insisted on keeping his gloves on. You never know where those Santa's have been...

And so, it begins. Hope I didn't use all the boxes for packing to move...

Great hat Quinn--Love it! I am jealous that he liked Santa. Mason still is unsure of Santa!

Looks like a good time, though I must say I'm not quite ready for the hoopla myself!
